Kepma After-Sales Service & Feedback
This page is the after-sales feedback entry point for Kepma. If you run into any problem with your Kepma guitar, submit it through the form below and we will reply quickly and accurately and help you resolve it.
What you can report
Product and hardware. Body cracks, seam failure, finish defects, damaged hardware, pickup and circuit faults.
Playability and setup. Action too high or too low, buzzing at a specific fret, neck deformation, octave out of tune, unresponsive tuning machines.
Purchasing and service. Authenticity checks, warranty coverage, part replacement and purchase, enquiries about local repair points.
How to submit
Fill in your name, contact details, guitar model and a description of the problem. The more specific the description, the faster it is handled — please state the model and purchase date, when the problem started, and the conditions in which it appears, for example which fret you play or whether it correlates with particular temperature or humidity. Photos or video help if you have them.
What happens next
The after-sales team reviews the report, makes an initial assessment and proposes a resolution. Many issues are solved through setup or part replacement, in which case we will point you to your nearest authorised repair point; where the instrument needs to be sent back, we will explain the address and the procedure. Please keep your proof of purchase so we can confirm warranty status.
