Kepma Authorised Repair & Service Network

This page is the network lookup for Kepma’s offline authorised repair and service. Use it to find the closest authorised point, hand your guitar to a certified technician, and enjoy professional, reliable repair and maintenance.

What authorised repair points offer

Official authorisation. Every location holds Kepma’s certified service qualification.

Professional repair. Senior technicians using dedicated setup equipment, covering action adjustment, buzz-ringing inspection, neck relief, fret dressing and saddle work.

Genuine parts. Original parts supplied and replaced, including tuners, bridge pins, nut and pickguard.

National coverage. Authorised sites across multiple provinces, forming nationwide service coverage.

How to use the repair point map

The map shows authorised sites by province and city. Selecting a point displays the shop name, contact person, phone number and full address, and links straight to turn-by-turn navigation. Filter by province to find the nearest point quickly. Before travelling, it is worth calling ahead to confirm opening hours and whether the part you need is in stock.

Service scope

Common maintenance and adjustments include: action and feel setup, buzz and noise troubleshooting, neck relief adjustment, fret leveling and dressing, nut and saddle work, octave tuning, body crack and seam repair, pickup and circuit servicing, and restringing and cleaning.

What to know before your visit

Record your guitar’s model and purchase date, and describe the specific symptom — which fret buzzes, under what conditions the noise appears. Because wood reacts to temperature and humidity, slight deformation is common and usually recoverable through setup. Where parts need replacing, authorised points use genuine parts to keep tone and feel consistent.
